In May 2023, the leadership team of ISUZU, led by the President of ISUZU TRUCKS Africa and Middle East, Mr. Ahmed MONSOOR, visited SODIM TP to discuss the historic partnership between the two operators.
The visit program included a comprehensive tour of SODIM TP's dealership, including a visit to the showroom where ISUZU vehicles are displayed, as well as a tour of the spare parts store and workshop. This immersion allowed the ISUZU delegation to become acquainted with SODIM TP's facilities, observe the professionalism of the teams, and gain a better understanding of the operation and processes of representing ISUZU in Gabon.
Simultaneously, meetings were organized with SODIM TP's major customers who own ISUZU cars and trucks. These discussions allowed the ISUZU delegation to directly gather the needs and feedback from customers to better define the brand's upcoming objectives and guide the strategies to be implemented. This approach reflects ISUZU's commitment to listening to its customers and proactively addressing their expectations. This visit was thus a valuable opportunity for the ISUZU TRUCKS team to get closer to SODIM TP and its customers, better understand local challenges, and strengthen their position as a leader in the Gabonese market.
